At Harley James Resourcing Ltd our goal is to deliver an outstanding level of service to all clients. All our employees adhere to our company values; professional, courteous, committed, honest and responsible. By implementing our company values we are able to build customer loyalty and long term business relationships.

Our quality policy is designed to operate and develop tailored control systems for each client contract. This will meet the clients required specification prior to any cleaning work. With every contract our managers will check and record the quality of the services carried out.

We carry out documented inspections of our services including regular reviews of cleaning materials used. At this time we will include health and safety update assessments.

Before any of our employees commences a contract they will be fully briefed on all work schedules. Work schedules will be developed and clearly displayed in a cleaning cupboard. Our employee will sign each daily work schedule to confirm the cleaning has been carried out.

Our management team will manage and motivate all employees, both site and mobile by setting and monitoring objectives. This will be the basis of our quality system and is designed to achieve the highest possible service for our clients and allows ongoing improvement.
